PLAN A / FIVE-PART WEEKLY SPLIT

Five strength sessions with one or two cardio or recovery days

The usual order is chest, shoulders, back, cardio or rest, legs, arms plus abs, then cardio or rest. It is a cycle rather than a rigid weekday calendar, so the order can shift with schedule, fatigue, and recovery.
