I am a Master of Computer Science candidate at Rice University with a background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and production LLM applications. I enjoy turning complex requirements into reliable, measurable software.
I grew up fascinated by electronics, video games, and building PCs. My first ambition was to create a generation-defining game; as I learned how software worked, I became increasingly drawn to the systems, logic, and engineering behind it—and that path led me into software development.
I am especially drawn to backend and generalist software engineering. Coordinating data, services, and execution behind the scenes feels like being the strategist of a larger system. Architecture, logical reasoning, and system-level trade-offs align naturally with how I think.
I care most about whether software solves a real problem and whether the system is secure and dependable. Good engineering is more than making a feature run: the system should deliver its intended outcome under real conditions while treating users, data, and failure cases responsibly.
I have long been interested in AI and already have hands-on experience with LLM applications, RAG, and agent development. I am now going deeper into model fundamentals, evaluation, and agent-system design to build a stronger foundation beneath that application-layer experience.
